Located just north of Downtown in Cincinnati’s historic Over-the Rhine-neighborhood, Nicola’s Ristorante has long been a fine dining staple of the city during its more than two decades of operation. Owners Nicola and Maureen Pietoso pride their restaurant not only for its highly acclaimed contemporary Italian menu, extensive wine list and variety of unique dining spaces, but most especially for their restaurant’s long-standing reputation for being warmly hospitable and accommodating.
Chef Aaron Owen joined the Pietoso family as the Executive Chef of Nicola’s in late 2015. Chef Aaron’s passion, drive and innovative spirit have driven him since the beginning of his 14-year culinary career. He follows a philosophy of using fresh, locally-sourced products that showcase not only the traditions of his ancestors, but demonstrate his ability to reinterpret classical techniques and recipes in new and innovative ways.
