Nicola’s Guest Loyalty Program
Nicola’s Guest Loyalty Program is our way of expressing gratitude and rewarding those whose devotion
to our restaurant throughout the years has made it what it is today. Our Guest Loyalty Program offers
guests the opportunity to earn value at Nicola’s Restaurant while dining-in and redeem it for future visits.

HOW IT WORKS
For every $250 spent on food and non-alcoholic beverages only, $25 will be awarded to our members on
their Account or personal Rewards Member Card, redeemable the following day. (*Please note that
Nicola’s Loyalty Program rewards are accrued through dine-in and over the phone Carry Out purchases
only*).

REWARDS
Nicola’s Loyalty Program rewards can be used towards any future food and alcoholic beverage purchase
made in the restaurant or towards Carry Out purchases made over the phone when placing an order.
(*Please note that Nicola’s Loyalty Program rewards may not be used to purchase gift cards*).

BECOME A MEMBER – It’s Easy!
To join Nicola’s Loyalty Program, simply ask your server to sign you up! We will provide you with a short
registration form and will activate your Membership Account within minutes upon completion. Please
make sure to use your preferred name and phone number when providing your information, as this is
how we will identify your account when dining with us in the future. Upon completing your sign-up
process, you will be issued a Rewards Member Card; we can mail the card to your preferred address.
NOTE: *You can also choose to sign up over the phone by giving us a call at 513.721.6200 during our
business hours and one of our representatives will gladly set up your new account within minutes*.

HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?
– To join Nicola’s Loyalty Program, SIGN UP HERE or simply ask your server next time you’re in to sign you up! We will provide you with
a short registration form and will activate your Membership Account within minutes upon
completion. Please make sure to use your preferred name and phone number when providing
your information, as this is how we will identify your account when dining with us in the future.

IS THERE A COST TO JOIN?
– There is no cost to join the program.

HOW DO I EARN REWARDS?
– Rewards are earned for every food and non-alcoholic beverage purchase made in the restaurant
or Carry Out purchases made over the phone when placing an order. For every $250 spent, $25
will be added to your account/card, redeemable for your next visit.
NOTE: To earn rewards it is important you provide your server with your name and phone
number, failure to do so may result in unregistered rewards points.
(*Points are not earned by purchasing Gift Cards. Rewards may not be used for purchasing Gift Cards*).

WHEN WILL MY REWARDS BE AVAILABLE FOR REDEMPTION?
– Rewards are automatically added to your account each time the threshold is reached. Eligible rewards will be available for redemption the following day.
NOTE: If you sign up for Nicola’s Loyalty Program while dining with us in person, rewards will
immediately start accruing on your account but will not be available for redemption until your next
visit*.

HOW LONG WILL MY REWARDS REMAIN ON MY ACCOUNT?
– Earned rewards will remain on your account indefinitely. To check your account/card balance ask
your server to look up your Membership Account/Rewards Member Card in our system or give us
a call during our business hours at 513.721.6200.

WHAT IF I FORGET TO TELL MY SERVER THAT I AM A GLP MEMBER?
– To receive points from a previous dinner, email contact@nicolasotr.com with a copy of itemized receipt
from your previous dining experience at Nicola’s Restaurant and we will be happy to add rewards
to your account appropriately. Please note we are unable to add rewards retroactively for receipts dated before March 1, 2022.

WILL I RECEIVE A PHYSICAL MEMBERSHIP CARD FOR MY GUEST LOYALTY ACCOUNT?
– Yes! We will issue you a Rewards Member Card when you sign up for the program. Your RMC is
usable to store your rewards; you can choose to save your credit on your Account or have the
balance transferred to your RMC.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN?
– In the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen card, we are able to replace your Rewards Member
Card but we are not able to restore earned rewards held on that card.

HOW MAY I MANAGE MY ACCOUNT?
– Nicola’s Loyalty Program accounts can be easily managed by asking your server to lookup your
Membership Account when dining in with us or by calling the restaurant during business hours
and providing your primary account information. Unfortunately, members are not able to manage
or access their account information remotely at this time.

CAN I ADD MEMBERS TO MY ACCOUNT?
– The program is intended for individual use only. Only one membership card/number may be
associated with an account.

CAN I TRANSFER REWARDS TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT?
– The program is intended for personal use only; points and membership benefits are nontransferable.

CAN I EARN REWARDS FOR A PRIVATE PARTY?

 Yes! Points may be earned for private parties (food & non-alcoholic beverage totals only) but you
must be the person signing the contract and personally paying the bill.

CAN I RECEIVE CREDIT IF ANOTHER GUEST PAYS THE DINING CHECK?
Our system requires a payment for points to be applied to the account on the check. If
the bill is split with separate payments, we can apply one Loyalty Member to each check separately. If further information or requests for multiple Loyalty Members dining together, please contact jason@nicolasotr.com.

WILL MY CONTACT INFORMATION BE RELEASED TO ANY 3RD PARTY?
Absolutely not. Your personal information will be only used internally for the administration and
execution of Nicola’s Loyalty Program.
